Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nichirin Realms Minecraft server, the Nichirin Realms launcher, and this website. By downloading the launcher or connecting to the server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must own a legitimate Minecraft: Java Edition account and comply with the Minecraft EULA and Microsoft's terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. The Launcher

The launcher synchronizes the mods, shaders, resource packs, and configuration required to play on Nichirin Realms, and may add, replace, or remove files within its managed game directory to keep your installation in sync with the server. By using it, you authorize it to manage those files. The launcher is provided free of charge and "as is".

3. Acceptable Use

• No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications that give an unfair advantage.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or sexually explicit or illegal content.
• No griefing, scamming, advertising, or disrupting other players' experience.
• No attempts to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or services.
• Follow the in-game rules and our Discord rules at all times.

4. Enforcement

We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or temporary or permanent bans, and remove content, at our discretion to keep the community safe. Access to the server is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft. Mods, shaders, and resource packs distributed through the launcher remain the property of their respective authors and are subject to their own licenses. "Demon Slayer" and related names and imagery are the property of their respective rights holders. Nichirin Realms is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

6. Disclaimers

The server, launcher, and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and gameplay data (builds, items, progress) may be lost due to crashes, updates, rollbacks, or maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nichirin Realms and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the server evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
